Please note that completion of this application does not guarantee approval. All children must be registered under their parent/guardian.
Once your application has been submitted, a member of Parker Street’s Client Services team will contact you to confirm information and set up a time to pick up your school supplies in late August. A confirmation email with your appointment time will be sent to you.
We will make THREE attempts to contact you. If you are unreachable after the third contact call, your application will be DECLINED.
All backpacks and school supplies will be distributed at the Maritime Hall entrance of the Halifax Forum.
